How we work

We visit you before you go away for an initial free of charge consultation.  This is so we can meet your cat, to understand his/her routine, likes & dislikes, feeding instructions and to discuss any additional requirements or aspects of care. At this time we will also make note of any gate or alarm accesses and make arrangements for key drop off.

We then visit your cat once or twice a day as required during the period you specify.

We will look after your pet as if it is our own, and like to give optional text updates or emails every now and then to let you know how they are getting on.  We understand the odd photo or anecdote from time to time is re-assuring, the more amusing the better !

We would arrange for you to drop off keys before you go away and then they will be returned to you according to your preference.

Some clients who have need to use us frequently due to regular work or travel, require us to hold keys for them on an ongoing basis. For these clients we work on a text alert basis for their cat’s care requirements as they arise.  

All keys are held securely and are not labeled with the property address, but cross referenced appropriately for our identification purposes.

We are police checked and fully insured for your security and confidence.
